A lot of 5* and 1* reviews here... here's my experience in hindsight 2.5 years on. So I got everything that said they would deliver. Can't complain about that. But... it took a LOT longer than it needed to. The lawyer who did it was great - very knowledgeable and professional, instilled a lot of confidence. But after a while he just stopped responding to messages when I wanted more support (I'd even have been happy to pay more, but radio silence). The support team was much less competent. On some occasions I had to make 15+ requests to get a single things done. And honestly I think it only happened because I didn't get flustered and just spoke to the guy gently like a child to hold his hand to do the job. You would laugh if you read the threads and what it took to get simple tasks complete. But... in the end, I got what was promised
