Wtf kind of lawyers are you all using??? A lawyer called me named Venus Foster told me his whole half a life story. He wouldn’t listen to me when I talk he kept cutting me off when I tried to explain when he asked questions he kept saying “Let me talk and when I want an answer I’ll let you talk”. He was very rude degrading and flamboyant. He doesn’t need to take any cases who is hiring him with that fake demeanor and horrible disposition. THATS THE LAWYERS YOUR USING TO HELP!! He’s the worse omg never again I had to hang up on him!! Never again!

When my husband first contacted Jeff Frasier about our situation, Jeff told us that “we have a strong case.” Based on the information and confidence he provided during that initial phone call, we decided to move forward with him. Unfortunately, we felt we were led on for nearly two years before going to trial. Throughout that time, Jeff repeatedly told us that we would “get something” from the case. He continued contacting us by phone and email asking for additional information about the situation, and we continued being billed for his time. Nearly a year after the lawsuit began, we met with him once to go over what to expect during the arbitration process. As someone with no prior experience suing anyone or working with an attorney, I relied heavily on my attorney to properly prepare and guide us. Unfortunately, that meeting left me with even more questions and did not make me feel prepared for what was ahead. Jeff then sent a junior attorney to handle the arbitration. In our experience, she appeared inexperienced and unprofessional. She essentially sat in the room with us during the arbitration, and we were billed for her time and presence, which was very concerning to us. After nearly two years of legal bills, we finally went to trial. Unfortunately, Jeff did not appear prepared or knowledgeable about our case. During the trial, he stumbled through his presentation and became frustrated. At one point, the judge even told him that he was repeating himself. On the second day of trial, the judge issued a directed verdict, meaning the judge ruled in favor of the other side because our side had not presented enough evidence to support our claim. The outcome was extremely devastating, especially after being told at the beginning that we had a “strong case.” After nearly two years, substantial legal fees, stress, and time invested in this case, we were left feeling that we had not received the preparation, guidance, or representation we expected from our attorney. In the end, we walked away with absolutely nothing except huge legal bills. I am sharing our experience because potential clients deserve to hear what our experience was like before deciding whether to hire Jeff Frasier. Based on our personal experience, we do not recommend him.

I had the displeasure of receiving an unexpected email from an attorney telling me he wanted to represent me. I am a fully licensed attorney in Texas with zero need to hire one. I did not request legal services from Lawyer.com. When the attorney’s office sent me a copy of the alleged request it read as though I had personally written it - my style but with false information. I can only conclude somehow AI picked this up through Siri while I was talking with a friend. I called the attorney’s office. Told them the above. They still sent me emails. Next I called Lawyer.com. to complain. Guess what? AI answered. Not a single human to talk to. It’s all run by AI. Disgusting. I am beyond being understanding. This is invasion of privacy at its worst. Lawyer.com has absolutely no filters to determine if it is an authentic request. Even when contacted and told its false, it continues to send out emails asking for feedback from the "victim". Incredible. Sent shivers down my back.

My experience was unfortunately very disappointing. I was charged significantly higher fees than expected, without clear justification. Communication was limited, and I was not properly informed about the progress of my case. I was given assurances that ultimately did not materialize. Transparency and professionalism were lacking, which led to a loss of trust. I would recommend others carefully evaluate their options before proceeding.

May 23, 2023. My spouse, a client of Stephen Bloomquest. Stephen Bloomquest will manipulate, lie, do what ever he needs to do to win his case.He lied to me and my divorce attorney by saying that if I dropped my protective order on my spouse, that my spouse would do the same so we can have an amicable divorce, so I agreed. I'm then escorted into the courtroom, not knowing why and Mr. Bloomquest proceeds with the trial on my spouses behalf. Mr. Bloomquest took advantage of knowing that my divorce attorney didn't have a clue of what was happening. This man will destroy your life at the expense of winning his case. Stephen Bloomquest has no integrity for the law.

DO NOT HIRE ELIZABETH ZWIEBEL. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS SO I HOPE I HELP SOMEONE FROM LOSING MONEY AND DEALING WITH ELIZABETH. I'm writing this to warn others and hopefully save someone from wasting their money. This law firm will drain your wallet without delivering results. It cost me $1,122.50 to end my contract!!! My daughter paid a $5,000 retainer. Before we ever reached court, over $3,200 had already been billed, with NO progress. When we decided to terminate our contract, they continued to charge us. We were charged $140 for Elizabeth to review the cancellation letter, then an additional $165 for Christine Bussey to read the same letter. To make matters worse, after I posted an honest review, Elizabeth personally called me and stated that she would only release the remaining balance of my retainer if I agreed to remove the review. This felt both manipulative and highly unprofessional. I have a screenshot of her message clearly indicating that I would not receive the funds unless the review was taken down. She specifically said that if I removed the review, she would return $1,122.50. However, after I complied and removed the review, she went back on her word and said she would only refund $215. When I informed her that I planned to repost my review, she responded by saying I would no longer receive the $215 either.
