I’d really recommend Lawrence Publishers for book formatting! I ran into some trouble with margins and line spacing that I couldn’t sort out on my own but they fixed it quickly. My kindle and paperback files uploaded to Amazon on the first try with no problems at all. Their services was fast and professional and everything went smoothly. The whole experience was totally stress-free. And i can’t thank them enough!

I had no idea but could NOT write it. Like i tried and it just sounded awkward. Their ghostwriter totally got my tone, added structure and somehow made my messy thoughts sound deep and smart?? It still felt like me just a lottt better and more coherent version.

I asked for my money back within 3 days after I gave it to them when I realized there was a book store attached to their publishing company. It took months through my bank because they use paypal to collect. It was very unfriendly when it came to getting my money back, and it was a total shit show. Nobody should self publish with a publisher that has a book store attached to their publishing company. They are not that far from my home and when I asked if I could come to the company to meet them, nope, nobody could go there. 1st red flag. Then the book store? Doesn't that seem a little bizzare to anyone reading this?

Writing personal stuff is scary ngl but Lawrence’s team handled it with care. I gave them journals, emails, random photos and they pieced together a timeline like detectives haha. They wrote it in first person so it still sounded like “me” not some random narrator. Even the emotional bits weren’t exaggerated just balanced. We had video calls every week to make sure my voice was consistent. They also helped choose chapter titles that weren’t boring. Formatting was memoir style with quotes + pullout sections which looked aesthetic. Revisions were fast usually within 2–3 days. It felt like therapy but with an actual book at the end. Felt AMAZING when I read my own life in print.

I didn’t realize how tricky Amazon printing can be (margins, bleed, paper weight etc). They formatted everything so my book looked clean in both paperback and hardcover. It’s now on Amazon, ships with Prime and readers have posted unboxings (cuteee!!) Couldn’t have done that solo hehe

Their book review template is really good, helps people write in a more organized manner.

Needed a nonfiction book ghostwritten and they delivered exactly what i needed.
