The tech was very thorough in his inspection, placing flags at points needing attention but still missed two spots that were important to me

Several lawn care companies were recommended, but do not service High Springs. Only one responded immediately and also did good work. Disappointing that the others recommended did not see fit to even reply - if to only say no.

I contacted the guy on 5/23/2017 as I was about to get a ticket for over grown grass. The guy stated that he will cut grass the next day on 5/24/2017 because the lawn is wet due to rain. He failed to do so. He did not respond to my calls/text messages while not doing his job as promised. On Friday 5/26/2017, he sent me a one line text message stating that he will cut the grass and send me photos of his work on the same day. Unfortunately, he again failed to do so and failed to answer my calls and text messages until the next day, 7:40PM on 05/27/2017. He did the job 5 days after my initial call. It was kind of nightmare.

I am sure other people had bad experience with this company, and not all of them had postive things to say.
