Hi William, I want to apologize about he phone issue. It appears that our phone system was not working . If you try calling again you should be able to get through now. I took a look into your order. Due to unprecedented demand there have been major delays with USPS shipments. Look out for a private communication from us. We are going to do what we can to make this right.

Wrong item sent - I ordered yellow gold earring backs and the receipt said yellow gold earring backs but silver ones were sent.
