I did not receive my jewelry, I have been trying for over a week to get a person and cannot reach anyone by chat, text, email or phone. My next attempt is to contact my bank.

Horrible. The postal service said they misdelivered my package which means I obviously did not get it. Cannot get anyone on the phone to help me. Reps get me no where through email as well. My next step is to contact BBB.

Wrong earring sent and I had no answer about how to return the earring and get the right one.

Received my item damaged from the mail, tried to reach out to get it replaced, no response for days.

Wrong product received, so I emailed the company for a correction or refund with no response!

I never received a refund for my order that I canceled. Total scam!!
