Funds stuck for 4 days with ZERO support — Need urgent escalation! I am extremely disappointed with Lava's customer support. Four days ago, I made a mistake and accidentally deposited USDC into the platform. I immediately reached out to the support team to seek assistance for fund recovery, but so far, I have received absolutely no meaningful response or solution. It has been 4 days of complete silence. This level of inefficiency and lack of care for user funds is unacceptable. I understand the mistake was initially mine, but the complete radio silence from support is unprofessional. I urge the Lava team to look into my case immediately. Please resolve this and help me recover my funds as soon as possible!

I have had a question about their yield account for 2 months. Submitted my question 3 times and am still waiting for a response... Terrible customer service, they won't be around long treating customers like this. I will use another company

If they ever respond to a support request, it might take weeks. Their user interface is so terrible it simply isn't possible to understand what to do, what can be done or how to do it. I don't think they are scammers, they just expect their users to guess how their crazy user interface is supposed to work. They use the term "dollar" everywhere, even when they mean euro. Their KYC process is terrible, very time consuming and non pedagogic.

I had a terrible experience with Lava.xyz. The sign-up and initial setup went smoothly without any fees. But immediately after my payment processed, my account was blocked and my payment is not refunded. And I was unable to resolve issue. The customer support team is just a gesture. I am sharing this to help others to proceed with caution before making any payments. I recommend not to use this Lava.xyz. This is a money stealer platform.

This company can't provide trusted service. They just notified my account got blocked and didn't return my payment, even no reply. I never experienced such poor customer service.

Lava supposedly provides a way of changing your Bitcoin assets into US dollars or other Fiat National currencies as well as buy Bitcoin. If you want to deposit US dollars they only allow you to do so via bank wire. However they do not provide a business address, a contact phone number, a working email address, and no online chat support. If you take the time to do a Google search about information on this company you will find almost no information or the names of the business owner or executives. Given the above I think it would be very unwise to do business with this firm.
