Laurel Mountain RetreatReviews of laurelmtnrt.com

The property was very clean and hospitable. We enjoyed the calm nature and amenities included. Ben was very easy to work with. Our only challenge was 2 of the 3 outlets in the bedroom were very loose and not functioning.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, thanks to the host's excellent communication and the spot-on listing accuracy. The location's relaxing features was a major highlight. Short drives for everything Asheville has to offer. My only suggestion would be to stock some essential cleaning supplies for unexpected messes. Highly recommend for a serene getaway. Oscar

Cabin small but well decorated and stocked. Hot tub was a big plus. Near Asheville but small town of Weaverville had much to offer.

The cabin is very nice and location is great getting into Asheville. Made for a great weekend stay.

We were so grateful to be able to book this at the last minute. It was clean, hot tub great and the starter set of supplies really helped since we got there so late. Privacy is not an issue even though you are next to other cabins. However, I realize mattresses are a preference and some people like them hard as rocks. But we do not. Neither me nor my husband got a good nights sleep while we were there. We only stayed two nights. The 2nd night we were up at 6am with aching backs and just decided to get an early start. Again, I realize mattress type is a preference. Just a heads up to anyone who likes a pillow top or softer mattress. Some other small notes, the Wi-Fi is bad downstairs, the air conditioner is in the hallway downstairs so you have to sleep with your door open if you want a cool bedroom and the TV is locked so you cannot stream your own channels. Just things to note.

An absolute joy. The decor was precious, just what we hoped for. The Red Bird cabin is at the end of the row of cabins and quite private. The hot tub was clean with a nice grilling area and the front porch was perfect for sitting. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfortable, but consider upgrading to king beds when the queen bed needs replacing. The bathroom floor needs replacing.

The cabin was so cute and decorated great. Private and close to Weaverville, which has some good restaurants and close to Asheville. I think the bed could be a king size, there is plenty of room for one. Thank you for a beautiful place. Laurie

The cabin was nice. We absolutely loved the porch swing. We spent a lot of time on it. Having the outdoor dining area was great as well. We wish the fire pit would have been closer to the cabins. It’s a good distance away and hauling supplies on foot just wasn’t ideal. We did get to enjoy the hot tub, which was very nice and we even used the grill. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back again.
