When we partnered with LaunchPeer, we felt confident about our idea, but had a lot of confusion on what the best next-steps would be and ultimately, how we would get our product to market. As you work through the process with Jake and his team, you can really see your idea become the light at the end of the tunnel. From developing a detailed user journey and business plan, to providing a full consultation on design and marketing, we feel so fortunate that a company like LaunchPeer exists to be our partner. I am so sad to see some of the negative reviews below knowing that has not been my experience at all. When I first started working with Launchpeer I was very uncertain of the direction my company was going and really wasn’t even sure that we needed the services that Launchpeer offered. Jake was never pushy, but instead worked to educate me every step of the way and make sure I understood what his team was working towards. In my mind, what sets Launchpeer apart from other agencies is: 1) their focus and deep experience with start-ups, especially mobile and web-based app businesses, and 2) their integrative approach, which brings together all their in-house disciplines (design, engineering, marketing / biz dev) to create a prototype that will make investors drool without overpromising or overspending in the formative stages. Launchpeer's team was communicative before, during, and after the prototyping project. At the beginning, Jake met with me personally to talk through my idea and ensure he felt it had real potential. Then once I hired his team, they set up a Slack channel, where I could reach various experts in design, development, and UX with any questions I had along the way. Multiple times throughout the process, they reiterated their methodology, along with status updates on where we stood. In full transparency, there were some (understandable) delays to the project timeline, some of which I accept full responsibility for and some of which resulted from resourcing limitations on Launchpeer's side. Overall, I feel very fortunate to have come across Launchpeer and followed my gut to engage them for my new project. I felt supported throughout the whole process, and I walked away with a final deliverable I'm very proud of and optimistic about. Even now after completing prototype development, I feel confident heading out to raise some dough because I have the fundraising tools and guidance of Launchpeer's leadership to fall back on.

We are right in the thick of it right now. Jake and the team at LaunchPeer have been awesome. We had this cool idea for roughly a year and a half and it really didn’t go anywhere. In January, Jake and I connected from a Facebook ad or something on Instagram. Since then, the progression of our dream has been unreal. Working with Jake’s team feels human. It’s a human engagement. A lot of firms I work with are developer run and they speak in technical languages. LaunchPeer is human. They help you think about your product, the validation of it, the user journey, and they make one hell of a prototype. They ask questions you didn’t think of and make you think out everything.  Then, when you’re ready to build, guess what!? They are human. I would classify them as “entrepreneurial friendly” and I honestly believe Jake and his team want us to be successful. One thing that stuck out is they provided us a quote on our prototype. After some time we came back and said we want to take some features out of the MVP (because we are bootstrapping and paying out of our own pocket). They did not fight us for more money. They did not try to sell us to get a bigger scope. They had a convo with us about what we can do and they came back with an amazing scope and estimate. I was smiling ear to ear bc I felt we were having human convos. LaunchPeer academy is awesome too. I think I’m only 13% of the way through and I have learned so much. I can safely say WorkFeel would not be where we are without Jake and the LaunchPeer team. Every entrepreneur has to take the “leap” off the crazy cliff to make it work. LaunchPeer was our first one and we haven’t looked back because our experience has been fantastic. Highly recommend them.
