horrible scammed of more than I purchased for, never happend before and this was truly a horrible experience

I ordered items in early July. I did not receive an order confirmation via email. I DID receive this review company’s email instead a few days after placing the order, which I thought was odd. My bank flagged the purchase as fraud but I confirmed that I was making the purchase so the charges went through accordingly. By end of July, I inquired about my order with no return response. I inquired again in early August with no return reply. Its now mid-August and I have not received my order or heard from the company.

I ordered a pair of boots and received two right foot boots. Unacceptable!

I am still owed 2 sweat suits and a belt from the order placed on November 23, 2023!!!!!!

2 Months & Order not received!! No Reply or Refund from Lattelier-

I have sent several emails explaining that i cant make the payment and yet you have only sent computer generated emails offering me a discount!!!

I placed two orders in January and I have had no updates nor have I received the merchandise. Poor customer service. There is no phone number to contact them and they have not respond to the email I sent.

Item out of stock. Have not received refund. Have not received second order with limited communication.
