LatePointReviews of latepoint.com

Not only does the booking system look sleek and has a pop-up function that draws the user in, it has many add-on functions that increases the likelihood of user turn up. I have had contact with their customer service a few times throughout the years and I must say that their service is impeccable. They respond quickly, in a kind manner and are always helpful and informative.

The customer support is really helpful. The platform does take a while to get used to, but after that, it's easy to navigate. I do wish they would have more guides online, it would help.

A really well-made, complete, affordable and fairly easy to understand appointment program. But the real strong point is the assistance, always present, quick in responding, punctual and very clear in providing instructions to solve your problem. I have already renewed the license this year as I am a satisfied customer!

I’m not very skilled with websites and online programs, but having a booking software is essential for my business. LatePoint has been great—both in its easy setup and daily use. Whenever I’ve had questions, their support team has responded promptly and been very helpful.

I've been using latepoint for a while now and thus far I've been impressed with the available features and the technical support.

Very good appointment booking plugin for Wordpress. Modular and configurable to suit your needs. Visually clean and very pleasant to use. Regular updates/bug fixes and responsive customer support. I'd recommend it

Excellent booking system! Great support! Highly recommend this plugin for appointments.

LatePoint is hands down the most impressive appointment scheduling plugin I've encountered for WordPress. As a business owner who needs reliable scheduling software, I'm thoroughly impressed by its intuitive interface and robust feature set. The standout features include the smart business dashboard that's accessible from anywhere, powerful SMS and email notification system, and seamless payment integration options. The setup wizard made installation a breeze - I was up and running in just three simple steps. What really sets LatePoint apart is its attention to both business and customer needs. The customer portal is beautifully designed, allowing clients to manage their appointments effortlessly. For staff, the agent dashboard provides excellent schedule management capabilities and performance tracking. The plugin is surprisingly lightweight at just 18kb, which means it won't slow down your website. The mobile responsiveness is exceptional - it feels like using a native app on phones and tablets. Their customer support is equally impressive, backed by a company with over a decade of experience and more than 21,000 satisfied customers worldwide. At this point, I can't imagine using any other scheduling solution for my business. It's well worth the investment for any service-based business looking for a professional scheduling solution.
