Amazing! Must try
The teeth whitening service by laser glow is amazing. David is a true professional, and walks you through step by step. The results came out fantastic, and I can see why he stands strongly behind his products and work! Definitely recommend, and will definitely be back!

Crickets
I ordered two plus weeks ago. Not even a confirmation. A hello. An almost on its way. Crickets!!

We’re sorry to hear you haven’t seen any updates— that’s never the experience we want for our customers. Every order triggers two automated emails (confirmation and a shipping notice with tracking), but on rare occasions they can be filtered to junk or spam. Double-check the junk/spam folder of the email used at checkout as sometimes mail can land there. Thanks

Not sure yet
I didn't like that there were no directions. Also, I thought I ordered 2 possibly 3 "pens" but what it really was was misinformation and/or misunderstanding. As for how the carbemide peroxide works I have no idea. I'm afraid to use it without directions.
Response from Laser GlowNov 28, 2023
Hi Delicia, thank you for your "paid" negative review. We do not understand the second part of your question? Do you not know what you ordered? Also instructions with tutorial videos are on the same page you placed an order for the gels. Lastly, you have the wrong information because we do not sell Carbamide peroxide. Also, if you're purchasing professional gels, you should of been trained and certified to use these gels. We strongly recommend that you do not use our gels on your clients without taking a course on how to use basic whitening gels. Thanks
