My credits are used up and the images that are produced does not match my tshirt graphics. so I am wasting credit due to the work not being done correctly the first time. A waste of money if I am charged for work done incorrectly.

I try if for 2 two days. There si 1500 credits for the 7 days trials. To create a video it's 350 credits. On day 2 I try another video and I have a popup saying I need more credits...

Hi Marco, the 350 credits shown is a maximum deposit held during generation, the actual cost is based on the video length and is typically lower. That said, 4 full video ideas would use all 1,500 trial credits. You can top up at any time or upgrade to a plan that includes more monthly credits. Reach out at [email protected] and we are happy to add some bonus credits so you can keep testing!
