Tiffany and Maudra did a great job at helping me clear up an old skeleton in the closet. They helped me deal with the state of CA franchise tax board which is a challenge in its self. Basically they figured out and walked me through all of the steps to pay my past due taxes and fees and then closed out the corporation for me. I really did not have to do a whole lot accept sign some papers and pay the taxes, they took care of the rest.
