They took care of everything. As soon as I signed up for the service Rich Brown contacted me and got all the info I had about my situation. Within 48 hours I had information about my situation and how bad it really was, and it was worse than I thought. By 72 hours he had set up a process with the CA Franchise Tax Board and the IRS to begin to resolve my issues. As we went through the process Rich stayed in touch with me to make sure things were moving ahead. At one point I suddenly realized my mailbox was empty. I was no longer getting all those notices from the IRS and the FTB. I was no longer getting solicitations from companies offering to help with my tax problems. This meant I was slowly dropping off the lists of seriously delinquent taxpayers. My relief was immeasurable.
