Larson Tax Relief was very knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. They answered any questions I had and walked me through the entire process. They were always available to me by e-mail or phone when I needed them. The one thing I would suggest is to make sure you ask about any additional charges as you go through the process so you don't end up with the surprise of owing more money than agreed upon during the initial consultation.

Tiffany and Madera at Larson Finacial, were very helpful and very imformative with information about IRS I need to know and do. They were very patient with me and my many questions. I diffinately would use them again in the near future if I have any more issues with the IRS. Only complaint I could think of was it took a long time. to get IRS to settle. but Tiffany and Madera were constantly reassuring me. It was being handle. THANK YOU LADIES!

I was pleasantly surprised that my case was handled so well considering I have never met any of the staff in person. We have had a few miscommunications when we emailed only, however those situations were handled by phone. I was quited pleased when I was contacted by phone recently when a bank error caused a problem with my case.

The costs added up quickly while Larson worked to resolve my case, but I believe that is the same as all other tax resolution firms. My revenue officer in particular was uncooperative and dragged the process out for a long, long time. But my case was finally resolved and Larson was professional and helpful the whole time.

Larson Tax Relief was just as it says a relief. The team we had working with us were amazing. They were professional, polite and prompt. Larson was not the first company we hired unfortunately, making us appreciate them by contrast even more. Our team was able to stop the seizure process and get us into a payment plan that we could manage..even after I had given up hope. Thank you just doesn't seem sufficient. Our one and only hang up was the sales man that led us to Larson. He falsely promised a flat fee, when it is in fact billed by the hour. Though it is billed more than reasonably and our team was very accommodating, if he had been straightforward from the beginning we would not have been so surprised halfway through our case.
