I recently bought a magnetic window cleaner for £18.99. I did not realise it was coming from overseas. When it arrived I tried it and the magnet was not strong enough to hold the cleaner through double glazed UPVC windows. The company told me it was too expensive for me to send back and offered me £3 compensation. £3 ! Absolutely useless.

I Ordered the magnetic window cleaner - don’t do it! Useless - fell off the window - who doesn’t have double glazing now? Just not powerful enough - crap. They also charged me more than the order said. Don’t use this company.

DO NOT USE I ordered something it took forever to arrive I kept sending emails and got no help apart from being sent to a page that was not at all helpful. When order did finally arrive the box was so damaged it was ridiculous so I emailed their customer service which was on a card with 24 in the title I stupidly thought I would get a response in 24 hours. A week later and 2 emails later nothing. So please do not order anything !

I would give no stars if I could, bought a magnetic window cleaner from them. The reason I picked there's over others was because they said they did UK double glazing and gave measurements, even when I sent them a film of or falling off the window they will not give a refund.Theybsaid the postage back to them is very expensive and they would give me a £2 refund. After lots of back and forth emails they have now gone quiet. I have emailed them again tonight bet I get nothing back.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Bought there toilet cleaner on 22nd August. Item is very cheap and does not do what it advertised to do. Contact them to return they said they can't refund to keep or give a friend. There customer service is very poor.
