I purchased X11 in Laresar shop on Aliexpress in July last year with delivery to Spain. It started to make loud noise. I sent a warranty claim directly to Laresar. They responded in a professional and efficient way. After a short investigation they decided to send me a main unit replacement. I received it within a few days. I am impressed by the level of service rendered by Laresar. Thank you very much.

I’ve really enjoyed my Laresar Cordless vacuum cleaner. It has been convenient to use, has good suction and makes every day cleaning much easier. I’ve been happy with the overall performance and design. The battery recently stopped working, even though the vacuum is a few months past the warranty period. I contacted the company and they quickly responded. I appreciate that they are willing to help by providing me with a replacement battery. I’m very pleased with their customer service and look forward to getting the vacuum in working order again! 🙂
