LaresarReviews of laresar.us

Bought 2 vacuum cleaners from Walmart. The first one packed up after 8 months and the second one packed up only after 2 months of use! Tried to send several emails to the company but have not received any response as of yet. Extremely frustrating. Cannot file complaint with BBB because Laresar is a Chinese company!

What terrible and convoluted customer service, clearly intended to frustrate the user to the point where they let it go. Total battery failure error message and the second battery they sent was no better. I think it may be the connection to the battery and not the battery. They emailed a set of instructions. Still had the battery error. Oops, they sent the wrong instructions. Try this slightly modified version (was it even...). Then when it still didn't work, they copied and pasted the email and instructions again. I have completed the steps at least ten times. Still not working and the app suggests that the device simply cannot be updated until the battery works. Oh, if I record the entire process, they might consider a replacement. I suspect of just the battery. I used it for only a few months and it has been out of commission for quite a while now. Awful service and very untrusting and untrustworthy responses with the intention of misleading and delaying until you give up. It's even more interesting to watch videos of people replacing batteries and the machine just starts to work. Crazy how that happens.

Purchased two vacuums in the span of a year. both stopped working. I was told they would send a new robot, but several months later i have nothing and the company does not respond to emails

Habe die gleiche Erfahrung gemacht. Keine Antworten des Kundenservice auf E-mails. Habe noch Garantie auf Elite 4, Motor defekt! Wer reklamieren will schreibt sich unnötig die Finger wund.

Fake company.do not buy from it.They have worst customer service. My robot broke down in 1 year and they did not respond after multiple follow ups

I wish there was 0 stars I could give this company. The L6 Pro unit has totally packed up within 6 months, and after 10 days I am still waiting for either a replacment or my money back. Thie customer service is the worst I have ever experience - they will only reply one per day, and then it is with no actual solution. They promised to send me a replacement over 7 days ago, and I'm still awaiting for confirmation that the unit has been dispatched. Truly terrible. Buyers beware. Save yourself some hassle and do not purchase from them. None too happy with Amazon either, as they say it's nothing to do with them!

Buyer beware! The absolute worst customer service with outright refusal to honour warranty conditions after only 5 months of use. When you have issues with your unit, which you will, the company refuses to assist stating that “replacement parts required are on back order” without even knowing what product you are referencing or parts l required, just to get out of a warranty claim. When the issue was perused I was responded to in the most inappropriate and dismissive way by their representative “Leah”. Buyer beware, go elsewhere unless you like to engage with liars.
