Need to Improve and Make Improvements
They sent out an email saying order has shipped. When in fact it hadn't shipped. A label was created. But not shipped. Those are 2 different things. Which I tried to explain that to them. That's giving false hope to when a customer thinks their order will arrive. That's why I use Informed Delivery (USPS). It shows when a label was created with date and time. Second is writing a review. I finally found the instructions under FAQ's. Which are incomplete. I followed their directions. And still couldn't leave a review. And had a few friends try to see how to write a review. And they couldn't figure it out. All of us went step by step per instructions. And still couldn't write a review. Then I tapped on the beans and they got darker and a square showed up under the name of the coffee I had ordered. So the beans are stars that you rate your purchase. And nothing in the instructions about it.
