The solution was ready even before their deadline :)
I had a problem deploying a monorepo project to Laravel Cloud, so I asked support for help. The Laravel team started solving the problem almost instantly. They even implemented a new feature while working on it, delivering the solution well before their deadline :)

I'm very happy with Laravel Cloud
I'm very happy with Laravel Cloud. The functions it has, the dashboard is easy to navigate, and the fact that it ships in between one and two minutes makes it incredibly convenient to develop with. I had one issue with regard to encryption and connecting to the public end point, which was speedily resolved by the support team when I contacted them about a small anomaly. All in all the very convenient managed hosting for a Laravel project and reasonably priced. Worth the money.

Team member issues
Had inadvertently added an owner of another account to account, which meant I couldn't access the original account. The support was quick and helpful - remove the added owner and then was able to access the other account. One gotcha though - when a team member is marked owner they can't be removed, you have to change them to one of the other roles, admin, member, etc., then you can remove them. All in all the trouble shooting was made easy by the clear instructions.

Fast, friendly, and professional support
I contacted Laravel Support after encountering an unusual DNS and SSL certificate issue with a production application. They responded quickly and assigned the case to a technical support specialist who investigated the problem thoroughly.
Because it wasn’t a typical error, it took some careful troubleshooting, but they guided me through the process and resolved the issue within 24 hours. This was particularly important because the problem could have affected a client who needed the functionality within the next few days.
Throughout the process, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s exactly the kind of experience that makes me appreciate both Laravel as a company and the wider Laravel community. I’m very happy with the support I received.

The best solution for standalone programmers, hands down
It's the best experience possible when programming in the ultracomplex world of web development. Together with Filament, it's pure TNT, an explosion of productivity. And the learning curve is not so steep.

Excellent ecosystem for building and shipping reliable applications
I have been using Laravel for several years, both the framework itself and several products in the Laravel ecosystem, including Forge, Envoyer, Laravel Cloud, and Nova.
Laravel has made me significantly more productive as a developer. The framework is very well designed, easy to work with, and allows me to ship features quickly without feeling like I am sacrificing structure, scalability, or reliability. The documentation is also one of the strongest parts of the ecosystem, and it makes onboarding, debugging, and learning new features much easier.
The paid tools are also very useful. Forge and Envoyer have helped simplify server management and deployments, while Nova provides a solid admin panel experience that saves a lot of development time. Overall, the ecosystem feels mature and practical for real production applications.
What I appreciate most is that Laravel gives developers a very good balance between simplicity and power. It is easy to start, but it also scales well when the project becomes more serious.
My only suggestion would be to keep improving transparency and guidance around the paid ecosystem, especially when choosing between tools like Forge, Envoyer, Cloud, Vapor, and other services, because sometimes it can be hard to know which product is the best fit for a specific use case.
Overall, Laravel has been one of the most valuable tools in my work, and I highly recommend it to developers and teams that want to build reliable applications faster.
