The cost caught my eye!
The cost of the product was what first caught my eye. I am very satisfied with the company and the battery. I recommend using this company.

fast quality service with an exceptional product
The website was easy to use, with a simple checkout process. Conformation emails were sent following the order placement when it was sent. Nothing but good things to say.

This sometimes happens with Li-ion batteries. I'm sure you've been refunded and if not you are welcome to contact us for a refund or for a free exchange.

Perfect Transaction!
My NEW HP came with a dead battery! The company wouldn't do a thing about it--so I purchased one from this fine company. It arrived quickly and the transaction was effortless.

Awesome company
After having trouble with a different company sending me the wrong battery after a long delay, it was awesome to order from this company. My order was filled quickly and the correct battery was sent. Competitive pricing was a bonus. Thanks!
