I had to purchase a replacement battery…
I had to purchase a replacement battery for my work laptop. The older one was holding the charge for a maximum of 15 minutes. The order was a charm and I received the package few days later. Replacement was easy and the battery was already fully charged. I have been using it for the past two months. Works fine, but once fully charged, it lasts only 30 to 40 minutes. So not much of a change. But the service was great. Maybe there is a defect with this battery.

Excellent Customer Service and Product
When I initially ordered the replacement battery I needed, I had just received a battery from another source (through Amazon, but not Amazon's fault, I think...) that didn't operate as expected (my laptop wouldn't recognize the battery). I found Laptopbatterydirect.net during a search, and saw they had the battery I needed, and they seemed like a quality store to deal with, so I placed my order, and waited for delivery. When I received the package, the box it was shipped in was smashed in. I contacted the online chat customer support link, and was immediately responded to, which after explaining what I received, and providing a few pictures of the package and battery codes, I was told another battery was being shipped. I received the replacement battery today, installed it into my laptop, and am writing this review with my revived laptop. I am very happy with the remarkable service I have received from these folks at Laptopbatterydirect.net Thanks! P.S. The battery works perfectly, which is the other pleasant result!
