I bought a battery for my hp laptop. The transaction was smooth, and the quality of the product is great. I did have to look up the hp manual to be able to install the battery. The email instructions were not enough.

I found the delivery time was great and the installation seemed straightforward. Without experience in opening laptops, I was a little apprehensive. Once I dissasembled the laptop, (and attempting to keep track of all the pieces) I was able to replace the battery in about 15 minutes. I will not hesitate to refer people to you folks. Thank you.

Replaced my 3 year old Asus laptop battery. The replacement works great and came with the small philips head driver and T5 torx driver that was needed for the install. It took me about 15 minutes total. I am very happy with the product.
