Ordered my laptop battery with this company. After one month, it still had not arrived with no updates provided. Sent an email check and they replied that it had not been sent out. Asked me to email back after 3 days to see if there was stock available. Sent the email asking for a refund if not available and promptly got a refund.

Battery arrived promptly. Fitted to my Lenovo Tab 10 but couldn,t get the tablet to charge. Suspect the problem is with the charging port as the tablet board gets very hot when trying to charge. I do not think the problem is with the battery but have no way of checking. May try to replace charging port but that is not so easy.
