Good seller. There had been an issue with the item which was quickly resolved

We purchased DELL PA-12 0MGJN9 from Laptop Battery Shop. Correspondence has prompt response. Item is shipped within committed delivery period. Item packaging is sufficient. Item received in good condition and functioning well. Definitely will purchase again from Laptop Battery Shop for future needs.

The battery was delivered quickly within 3 days as promised. It fits perfectly into my notebook. Response from customer service was timely. Very good experience!

Exact match for original OEM battery in Toshiba netbook NB305. Many other aftermarket batteries for this device have lower mAh and Wh ratings. This battery has the same ratings as the original. Fit is perfect. Charges as expected. Life as expected. Delivery was timely.

We took out the old battery and Laptop Battery had an exact match on the numbers and the image on their website. The battery arrived in excellent condition and it performs like the PC did whey first bought. I recommend them and will use them for my future needs.

I bought a battery for my laptop which I could not find in my own country RSA. Before the company sent the battery they tested it and saw that it was faulty which is awesome because theirs not a lot of companies that test their product before shipping it. They sent me an email notifying me of the issue immediately and gave me a refund. Very efficient and productive.

This was a great experience. I was completely unable to find the battery anywhere else and they insisted I send them a landscape picture. I had no idea that a battery with the same model can be different in terms of how it is mounted in a laptop. I sent them the pictures and they sent me the exact thing I needed with outstanding customer service. This was fortunate as I was just about to never buy another laptop that didn't have an external battery but this worked like a charm. Highly recommend.

I'm always wary of trying an unknown supplier. I don't know their quality or timeliness. I used Laptop Battery Shop because they were the only supplier to the Surface batter I needed. It was just before Christmas and my client needed his laptop back before Christmas so he could give it to his son. A lot could go wrong. And nothing did. I'll use them again.
