Received the laptop battery that was much needed albeit received later than expected given the on going Covid 19 impact on all finds of orders. Battery performed as expected out of the box with no issues. Over all great experience

Searched and ordered a replacement battery for my old MacBook which had started to expand due to time/use. Easy to navigate website, price point was on par/slightly cheaper than most and the battery arrived quickly and has been working perfectly. Would order from here again.

I ordered a replacement battery for my HP pavilion and found the right one using their handy guide. Even despite the Covid situation, the battery arrived quickly and so far has been perfect! And it was the cheapest I could find on the internet! Would definitely use this site again.

I ordered a replacement battery (TRHFF 11.1 v) from the Laptop battery shop and was very pleased with the speed of the delivery. Even with the Covid19 issue, they had the battery in one of the stateside shops/warehouses and I received it in less than 5 days. Great service at a great price.

I bought my Dell M5Y1K 14.8V mid-March, it did take quite some time to arrive and I became impatient. (Covid-19 impact to shipping) Customer service was extremely responsive and apologetic to the shipping constraints that they were experiencing during this time and even offered a discount for the inconvenience of the wait. I've finally received my battery, it was packaged well and has been installed. It's only been a week, but so far the battery is holding a charge and working well.

Battery for Lenovo Yoga C930 arrived quickly and installed a few weeks ago. Holding charge and capacity similar to original battery. Second battery bought from here previous was for Dell XPS13 still working well after a year.

Excellent service particularly given the Covid19 going on at the moment. Battery works well - I've gone from about an hour to better than 8 hours life so very pleased. Nice touch was including a face mask as a free gift. Would definitely use Laptop Battery Shop next time I need a laptop battery.

The battery came in excellent packaging (somewhat confusing though). I had to ask why I received an exit sign instead of a battery - but of course the battery was inside. I got a prompt response. This is the second battery I've purchased with these guys so I'm happy to give them a 5 star review.

Thank you very much for your understanding.Because the battery is very easy to be damaged in the process of transportation, we sometimes make some special packaging for the battery.Looking forward to our next cooperation.
