The battery was received and works fine. I paid for a faster delivery and had a portion of my payment refunded and informed the faster delivery was unavailable. The seller should not be offering faster delivery knowing it will not be used.

This is a great company to get reasonably priced replacement batteries from. I've ordered 3 of them over the past few years and got good service out of the batteries. The only ding I can give them is since they're in China, it takes a while for the type I bought (I understand they do stock the more popular types in the U.S.) to be shipped to you. Other than that, no complaints.

The battery works as expected & good customer service. They respond in a timely manner, friendly and professional. The delivery got delayed not because of them but it was held in customs, I wasn't too frustrated in waiting for it even if it took longer than expected. Mostly it was COVID's fault that deliveries got delayed. They can also improve their website to become more user-friendly (and might attract more customers)
