I ordered a battery recently and whilst I didn't end up following through with the order due to stock issues, I could not go without giving these guys a great review. within hours of placing my order I have a very well toned email aapologising that they were waiting for stock and did I still want to go through with the order bearing this in mind? Having initially responded with a 'yes I'm happy to wait' I later was able to acquire one elsewhere and emailed to request a ful refund if not too late. I had an instant response and refund with no questions asked and a polite and professional exchange. I will definitely return to use Laptop Battery Shop in future as I value good customer service and think these guys did fabulously - especially considering the particularly tricky climate we are currently in with the Pandemic. I ordered a battery and for a problem regarding my mailing address it has been returned, it has caused an extra freight. I felt really sorry and suggested to bear the freight but they said that wasn't my fault, eventually they gave me a full refund. I wanna say they're such a kind and honest and reliable and efficient.

My aging MSI laptop suffered from a expanding battery. I looked for a replacement and found this site. It had my battery, but, it not meet their specs. So, they wrote back and suggested another battery with a lightly different model number, though it was identical to the one specified. I ordered it and within 2 weeks it arrived to my home in California. This battery was perfect and the people who e-mailed me were very kind and helpful. I am a very satisfied customer and now my laptop is back in working order with a brand new battery. The people from Laptop Battery Shop really came through.

Purchased from this company because they were reasonable in price, and had the battery I required, but also too the trouble to contact me to ask for a picture of my old battery as they wanted to make sure I got the right one. The Battery arrived well packaged. (I would have liked to have had a small written note explaining how to charge the battery for the first time, but on emailing, they supplied this).

Fantastic communication and feedback throughout. During this troubling time with the Coronavirus and there not being many businesses up and running “Laptop battery shop” where still taking orders, I ordered a laptop battery to keep my laptop running during the lockdown period, it took slightly longer to receive as expected with the current situation, the battery was perfect and was charged up ready to go and even had an LED test button on it to see the charge, I was pleasantly surprised to have a nice note inside wishing me well during this time along with a free face mask (it’s the little things that make this company clearly stand out to me. 5 star service and I will be purchasing from them again!
