I required advice and direction on the best replacement battery for my Surface Pro 4. The Laptop Battery Shop were very helpful and supportive both with selecting the correct battery and offering excellent value for money. The communication was very efficient and the delivery was good in light of the current Covid-19 issues. Overall a very professional service offering value for money and putting the customer first.

Very good service and a good, and original, battery for my HP laptop. I was particularly pleased that they kept me informed of delays due to delivery problems from Covid19. I will use them again.

I was looking for an adapter for my old laptop, I found the best price here. After ordering I was confused about the tracking, the customer service answered all my emails really soon and helped me with the new link to track. I received my parcel at the correct time and it works well.

Needed a new battery for my tablet. Very pleased with the battery I received and in these difficult times the battery arrived within 15 days which u think is very good. Would definitely use again. Thanks

I had to order a new battery for my stepsons computer. I read over the internet that the laptop he had, the batteries go bad quick. I was able to find the battery match on this site at a reasonable price. The battery came charged and worked right away when it was put into the laptop. The laptop was finally able to be used without being plugged in. Awesome! It was packaged well and arrives sooner than I thought.

I ordered a laptop charger, during this Covid outbreak, and didn't really expect an expedient service, due to what is happening around the world. However, I was updated and given information on a regular basis with 'Laptop Battery Shop'. When the item arrived, there was a lovely little note included (along with a complementary face mask) apologising for the late delivery - even though the item wasn't late. The product is in perfect condition, and I'm very satisfied. I will use this business again, in the future!

THANK YOU. IT TOOK ME 1 YEAR TO FIND THE CORRECT SUPPLIER.
