Laptop Battery ShopReviews of laptop-battery-shop.com

Needed a replacement laptop battery for my ASUS Q524U as the current battery was dangerously swelling up and warping my unit. Was able to find a suitable replacement at an affordable price from Laptop Battery Shop and was ordered and shipped within the time specified. As I've already opened up my laptop previously for other issues, the task of replacing the battery myself was quite simple with the right tools and was completed in less than an hour. I've been using the laptop with its new battery for several weeks now without a hitch!

Laptop Battery shop had the correct voltage battery for my HP laptop many others listed it at the wrong voltage. Working well and it is holding a good charge.

Very kind and helpful customer support!

Great communication. Fast. The Battery works!

Just Perfect. I do recommend them!

A friend of mine recommended this company to me. He's a major IT guy who works in the industry, so I trust him. I ordered a battery for my son's Huawei laptop that we bought for him about 3 years ago, and paid to have it expedited. Was I surprised when I received an email from Amy, one of their representatives, letting me know that the carrier they use to expedite their orders, was unstable and said that it would take longer to get to me. In her email she said that they would refund the expedited shipping cost I paid if I was willing to wait, or they would refund the entire cost of what I paid. I went with waiting, and the battery came within the time frame they stated. Their communication was COMPLETELY AMAZING! I would totally order from them again. Thanks Amy, for being such a nice person to deal with.

Fast, Efficient & Great Service.
