Very helpful in obtaining a battery that was not available in my own country. Excellent, polite and courteous service, making additional effort to get the battery to me when there was trouble with customs. Battery arrived quickly once customs prroblems had been rectified. I would recommend and will use them again.

Chuwi tech support couldn't/wouldn't replace the battery of my MiniBook which never worked since it was purchased one year ago! VERY BAD for Chuwi people :( So I ordered a new one from Laptop Battery Shop and now my MiniBook is working fine! VERY GOOD for this Shop.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about ordering from this site after my laptop battery gave out but it was the only laptop battery shop site that had my exact battery model so I bought it from them. From the pics and video of the battery I was ordering, I thought it was going to be a bit big from my laptop but once I received the battery it fit perfectly and my laptop finally turned back on. I was satisfied and the new battery lasts so much longer than my old one. 5/5 would recommend this site.

I ordered a replacement battery from Lenovo as I wanted 'original equipment'. However, they were unable to deliver while I waited 4 months. I cancelled and ordered from LapTopBatteryShop. They delivered in about 2 weeks. The battery fits perfectly.
