I purchased a replacement Samsung laptop battery from the LBS not knowing what to expect as the price was significantly less than other websites. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping, constant updates/communication, and the ultimate product. I received my battery about 10 days after ordering on a weekend.

buying it was pretty easy they try to make sure i will get the right one asking for informations about the battery details sent it and received at pretty reasonable time under covid circumstances one month coming from overseas it was good enough the battery arrived in the best static conditions worked straight away just needed some charging what it was expected for one month in transit overall a very good service

I was looking all over the web trying to replace my laptop battery that had been discontinued. The only other website that had it in stock sent me a faulty battery. This website was my last resort and they pulled through for which I am very thankful. Ps. I will say the website could use a friendlier makeover as I feared this was a sketchy business until I received my working battery. I honestly would not have given this business a chance had I not been so desperate to replace my battery

It was an awesome experience. I had a failing laptop battery and was not able to get the replacement after trying out so many places. Finally, I got the battery on this site and it was decently priced as well. The battery quality is also good. However, what I liked the most was the customer service, which was very quick to respond and help out. As I had some troubles with the local delivery carrier, I was helped promptly with this and I got the package delivered as well. Would like to rate more than 5 stars because of the awesome customer service, but am limited to 5 stars.

The product arivved in 3 weekes ( it was christmas ) - well packed - good shipping - fast comunication on email - the battery was original and still had 83% battery charge. i recomend the seller with all my heart
