My experience was very good. I couldn't really find the battery I needed anywhere else that wouldn't take more than a month to get to me. This took about I believe it was 2 weeks which was much better than the 4-6 weeks I was estimated from getting for only a few dollars less. It worked really well when I got it and was brand new. When I tested it, it said it had a single cycle which means it was definitely brand new, it also had more capacity than stated which is great. Overall the experience was really well. I definitely didn't mind how long shipping took, was a bit disappointed they didn't have an option for faster shipping but that's most likely due to the restrictions on batteries on flights.
