Got exactly what I ordered. Shipping is just longer due to origin.

Battery worked good. You better have your battery ID number available because I didn’t see any cross reference as to equipment models associated with it. Other than that all was ok and you will have to wait a short period of time for shipping which is understandable from where it comes from.

Shipping took an ungodly amount of time. Otherwise everything was great!

Although, I had to send my battery back due to the battery being longer than my original battery, because there are 2 models for my battery including same model number, there speedy replies and helpful customer service is why I am giving them 4 stars, because I found the experience to be pleasant and they were quick to refund me all of my costs, including what I paid to send it back. Would do business with them again the future. Thanks!

Ordered battery delivered within 4 days. When installing the battery I found out that the fitment was not perfect but at the end it worked

The battery was as advertised, the price good and the delivery great. On small improvement could be in feed back regarding the confirmation of the order.

I was initially a little skeptical because the website was entirely unfamiliar to me. They sent me an email confirmation to verify the right connector I had, so kudos to them. The battery arrived about 2 weeks later, in brand new condition with no wear. It fit as described. Very smooth process, would buy from them again. The company does refund you $2 to write a positive review, so feel free to be wary of that. Other than that, a good company.

I was a little skeptical at first but I was very happy with my purchase. The shipping times were faster than advertised and it shipped from somewhere is California. I don’t know that the battery I received was genuine or not, but it got my laptop back up and running so it was the best option since asus wouldn’t let me buy an official one. Negatives The email system was good but the website experience is quite poor. Couldn’t log in and check order status. Various pages still have sample text from some sort of website template. Not very professional. I had to use a different card because the purchase came through as international. It would be nice if payments were processed in the country of purchase.
