LA Police GearReviews of lapolicegear.com

This is my 3rd time buying this light. The first one got broken when it went through someone’s windshield (whoops), and my 2nd one that was sent to me (free of charge by the way, good customer service), just recently died out after about 2-3yrs of use. I went to turn it on, and the light made a blue color, then the light was dead and would no longer work. All that being said, I still bought my newest and 3rd one. This light is super bright! I use a 2300mah rechargeable battery that has worked very well in this light.

High quality merch shipped quickly and arrived as advertised. Thank you!

All products are top quality and the LAPG brand is always top shelf!

Lowest prices I could find, and it shipped quickly. Really happy overall and will shop again.

I ordered a pair of boots from LAPolice gear & they sent me a pair THAT WERE 2 DIFFERENT SIZES. They did not have another pair in my size so I ordered a cheaper pair & their customer service rep (Sylvia) told me they would refund the difference. Then, after many emails back & forth, she said that the accounting dept had now decided I would have to take store credit. In the end I had to get paypal to get my money back (thanks paypal). This company were a nightmare to deal with (unanswered emails, broken promises & different sized boots). You've been warned!

LA Police Gear decided they SHALL REFUSE to honor their own price match guarantee, whenever they feel like it. When the competitor has allegedly paid less for the product than LA PGear, LAPG SHALL refuse to match the price?!?! Of course, they refused to say what they paid for the items, as it all just lies for profits and PR. What else do they lie about?

Takes forever to ship and non-refundable shipping is total B.S - I wont' order directly from them ever again. Update - they offered free shipping and it's been delivered for days now and still awaiting refund. Never order directly from them unless you know your size and know you will not return it!

Used to be fine. But now I can't get past the order review screen online. If I email them about it, i'm told to contact customer service by IM or phone. IM people tell me they can't resolve order issues. If I call by phone, I'm placed on indefinite hold.
