LA Police GearReviews of lapolicegear.com

The LA Police Gear 5 in 1 Duty Jacket is a tactical marvel. It's a great jacket. I compared it with the 5.11 5-in-1 Jacket. it really is the same quality at half the price. So price-quality it is clear that LA Police Gear 5 in 1 Duty Jacket is far better than the 5.11 5-in-1 Jacket. Unfortunately, I no longer have my 5.11 5-in-1 Jacket to do a photo comparison. However, I was so impressed with the LA Police Gear 5 in 1 Duty Jacket that I purchased two different color jackets one in OD Green and the other in black. I take this opportunity to thank the whole team of La Police Gear, for their exceptional after-sales service... In fact, I received my last order in good packaging and care conditions as usual with this company... only one of the two LA Police Gear 5 in 1 Duty Jackets was missing its hood. So I filed a complaint with the after-sales service. Finally, instead of just sending me the missing hood, they simply sent me another complete LA Police Gear 5 in 1 Duty Jacket as a replacement. I don't know of any tactical product sales companies that take care of their customers like LAPG!!! Frankly, it touched me a lot to the point where I'm embarrassed by the generosity of the Police Gear Campaign. Many thanks for this seriousness and this exceptional commercial quality in the world. Thank you Thank you Than you

I am happy with the products I bought. I did have to call customer service to get a confirmation number. They did say I should receive it in 10 Business days. When I received my chest rig, lapg gloves, lapg expedition flashlight. Everything looked good and works perfectly.

The belts came on time and packaged perfectly.

Great gear, great price. Arrived pretty quick also. Nice pack pack, looks sturdy, looking to taking it on my next outing/camping trip. Thanks guys.

Customer service is bad. I ordered from Amazon. Was sent a defective pair and was approved to be sent a replacement. 2 weeks later, no pants and the exchange was canceled without notice. Customer service is unprofessional to not answer emails to address the issue.

LA Police Gear is a wonderful site and company. They've kept me in high quality gear for over a decade at a percentage of the cost I would have spent elsewhere. Their company branded clothing line is equal quality or better than a lot of much higher cost brands

Okay. Apart from their products being acceptable and reasonably priced, I have a major complaint. The website is very sneaky and underhanded. I noticed that the prices on everything are inconsistent minute by minute, hour by hour and day by day. It seems that the first time you look at a product you will get one price, based on no cookie when you viewed. Comeback minutes later and the price now has gone up because you now have a tracking cookie and they know that you are now considering the product for the second time. Most likely, if you are looking a second time, then you will be purchasing. So they quietly up the price $2 bucks thinking who will notice. WELL I NOTICED. And I verified this. How did I verify this you ask? Simple, I used two different ip address when viewing the product. One was my desktop browser, with the second visit and higher price. The other was my cell phone with a different ip address and a never viewed product before. Both had different prices at the exact same moment. The difference was only $2. Not a big deal unless you are talking about a million orders every month. This is very sneaky and says a lot about the company. Yeh-yeh, I know what you are going to say...FREE ENTERPRISE. And you would be correct. But innocent customers who are expecting a certain degree of honesty are being victimized. And who likes to be victimized? Mostly no one of course. I will continue doing business with them, but you should all know that this company might be tricking you out of your money.

hi my name is James Smith, i ordered 2 gift cards off lapg this week, both cards were never sent for 2 days, just had a message saying manual verification required, so i contacted them with no response, i then looked and seen both gift cards were cancelled for no reason at all.... they finally reached back out and said the card was unable to be charged, but when i checked my account statement it showed both the charges were made to my card..... and now 4 days later the charges stilllll have not been refunded, as well as lapg has not returned my messages or answered a single call. nothing but scammers, this is exactly why people dont trust pigs. The BBB have been notified!
