Love LAPD, love the gear. I order duty rig, baton and cuffs as I was about to begin LEO academy. Ordered on a Thursday night, didn’t ship for 5 days, then took 4-5 days to arrive. C’mon now. I’m not expecting amazon overnight here, but not shipping for 5 days! Taking 9 days from order date to arrive. Thats sad. The young lady from customer service was amazing.

Speedy delivery. Each product was individually wrapped. No flaws or defects in the products. I have used LAPG for years and will continue to use them and their products. Loyal customer here..

Fantastic backpack. Exceeded all my expectations. I use it for rucking on a semi-regular basis and it works perfectly.

No tracking. No order updates. Had to contact CS to get more info and it was an after-the-fact update. Don’t recall these issues with previous orders. Not sure I’ll use them again although I have recommended the site to others due to the durability of the products and deals on clearance items.
