I placed an order with Lapel Pins Plus for military type coins. My reasons for using them were 1) fair pricing, 2) excellent communication and follow up, 3) they were recommended highly by a friend and 4) their delivery date was right on time. The coins arrived, packed well and looking great! I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and top of the line quality.

This company is a scam! This company loves to lie and not provide what you ask for. We sent in a request and gave them a month out for the date we needed it in hand. They stated they couldn't do that because it was too soon and would have to process it as a rush (lies to get more money) but would be getting a proof soon to review design. To this date, have never gotten the proof after multiple request. Was also told by another rep that they don't offer rushes on lanyards and that it would take even longer to get them made up and mailed even though both time frames given by the rep don't match what is posted on their website. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone that doesn't lie and try to cheat you out of your companies hard earn money. When I called them out on the incontinence they never followed back up to address them because I believe they are scared to face the music that someone found out about their little scam. Again, save yourself the headache, Don't use this company!

Hello Scott, Thank you for your review. Your initial request came over on March 9th, 2023, with an in-hand date of March 31st. Production for lanyards is currently taking 3 weeks with 2-6 days for shipping. If you had placed your order at this time, the products would have arrived late. We offered a free rush service because we could not guarantee we would be able to meet your requested in-hand date. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot guarantee our rush service. We bump your project to the front of the line and try our best to expedite it. Therefore, we do not charge for this as it would not be right to do this. We then offered to make a proof, but only if the above conditions were suitable, as it would not have made sense to create a proof that did not meet your in-hand date. The initial email we received from you was aggressive and got continuously more intense. After our last response, your email mentioned that you would go with another company if a digital proof was not received. At that point, we discontinued communication with you as we have the right to refuse service to anyone and do not make proofs for projects we cannot fulfill on time. Anyone else reading this review can see from our reviews that this is an outlier. We could not help this client solely because we are uncomfortable offering something we cannot guarantee. We are an honest company that works hard to meet our customers' needs and leads with open communication.

This company did a great job on the coins. Delivery was within two weeks, the artwork superb, staff easy to work with and accommodating. I am very pleased and decided to have company patches made through them as well, due to the quality work.
