This solution decreases manually and paperwork. You just simply have the full organization structure with access to employees learning, performance and absences modules. And you can simply operate with all of this stuff. As a manager, you can work with your team, as ex.: provide task and get feedback. I rate 5 stars to Lanteria HR.
