Lansil and their team, especially our account manager Ivey and Chloe have been really great and responsive to work with. They are very diligent in resolving issues when they come up and have clear communication. Their team goes out of their way to answer all questions and brings potential issues up without us prompting them to. Would recommend given our experience so far!

Been working with Lansil since 2017. The service is great, the customer service is perfect, Alan is a stand-up gentleman who cares and even gives you a break if you need credit terms. This is the real deal. Ive worked with several 3PL's but all of them nickel and dimed me. Not anymore!

I have been working with Lansil Global for around 8-9 months now, and the entire experience has been amazing throughout. I moved to them following multiple issues with one of their competitors, Robert was very helpful from the beginning and both Chloe and Ivy are very helpful in assisting me with any queries my team or I have, all orders are shipped promptly - all of the staff I have interacted with and had the pleasure of meeting in person when visiting China speak perfect English, are kind and always happy to help. I couldn't recommend Lansil Global enough; their service is incredible.
