Dear Wanderlust team, Thanks for your email. I understand that you are frustrated that your school's profile has not yet been published on our website. While I understand that you are frustrated by the situation and the long wait, we are very disappointed that you would take such a drastic action before we have even begun working together. I have explained to your team many times that there is a problem in our system that is keeping the profile from being published. Our developers are working on correcting the problem, but everyone in our team is working reduced hours due to the pandemic. That means that some things will take much longer than normal to correct. Our developers especially have a lot of work maintaining our website to ensure that students can book courses. If you no longer wish to work with us, I'm happy to remove your school's profile. Please understand that the pandemic is affecting everyone. We are doing our very best to provide quality service to our partners and students. However, we must ask for your patience in this case.

Здравствуйте, Мне очень жаль слышать, что у Вас был негативный опыт с выбором курса через Language International. Я понимаю, что Вы в итоге не забронировали курс через Language International. Курс, который Вы выбрали изначально, был неподходящим для подачи заявления на студенческую визу в Великобританию с связи с недостаточной интенсивностью. Мы предложили Вам альтернативный курс, от которого Вы отказались из-за высокой цены. В последнем письме (04 июня 2019 года) Вы попросили предложить альтернативный курс в другой англоязычной стране. 05 июня 2019 я отправил Вам предложение с опциями на Мальте, сообщил Вам об условиях возврата денег в случае отказа в выдаче визы, но более не получал от Вас ответа. Нам очень жаль, что Вы не смогли подходящий курс. Помните, что наши услуги абсолютно бесплатны для клиентов. Не забронировав курс через нас, Вы ничего не заплатили и ничего не потеряли. Мы очень рады, что Вы нашли альтернативное решение, надеемся, что Вам понравится. С уважением, Ярослав

Hi Joseph, I completely understand your frustration and confusion in this case, and we of course want to make sure you feel secure when booking with Language International. I have tried calling you to help clarify the situation and maybe give you some peace of mind. I left you a voicemail. I hope you received it. To clarify, we are an agency. We do not operate the schools we work with. That is why you received the email that said "Please do not make travel arrangements until you receive a booking confirmation." I have already been in touch with the school to inform them about your interest in booking a course, but sometimes, there can be complications. I don't expect there to be any issues especially since you're booking the course so far in advance, but I do still understand if you prefer to cancel. We send the automated email recommending not to make travel arrangements because there can, occasionally, be complications with our partner schools or courses can become fully booked. As indicated, however, this shouldn't be the case with your booking since you are booking so far in advance. I'm very sorry that the process was not more clear from the outset. If you like, I can still proceed with your booking and confirm everything with the school. Of course, if you prefer to simply cancel or book with the school directly, I completely understand. Again, I sincerely apologize for your confusion and the delay getting back to you.
