Waited over a month for delivery of an item that never arrived. Tracking number was invalid with my local post office and my video camera footage proves the item never arrived but they still wouldn’t make it right.

Do not use this company. It’s a scam. They send fake products - not what they advertise.

I've been trying to get a hold of these people for 2 weeks so I can return one of the fried pots I brought never got the bigger one keep saying it's on the way can't get the support landscape app to work

Ordered 2, the small one arrived but the large one did not. The one that arrived has many burn marks on it and appears to becoming delaminatided. No contact phone number Bith arrived and I take back my words. I didn't realize they are covered with protective material. I do like them alot

all I can say and more is scam scam and scam I purchase the -Stainless Steel Frying Pot with Thermometer and Oil Drip Drainer Rack and was over charge the same item sell price was 19.96 Walmart and amazon that comes an green color 30.00 I paid on land of scam site ok landscapet 70.80 WTH try to have PayPal cancel and PayPal close my case in the favor of landscapet pls people lets shutdown this landscapet company they promote this item on IG,TIKTOK ,FB I asked to give me the steps to return this piece of tin and the only response I get is the tracking number and updates but I already received the item on 9/12/2024

This company its a total scam. They will not refund you the money spent on the purchase or neither return it. They will say a lot of bs to not give it back, and the audacity to offer only like 5 or 8 dollars back. Everything is low quality.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is definitely a scam, and the products are NOT as advertised. They use pictures and then send different product. I ordered three “titanium” cutting boards and after reviewing the website I tried to cancel and they said I had to wait until the product was shipped out and I received it (which makes no sense). I emailed a few times saying it makes no sense it’s not even shipped out yet but they insisted. I opened one of the boxes when it came it was a cheap piece of painted metal (certainly not even safe for cooking on in my opinion). I paid over $100 on them assuming they were as advertised and they will not give my money back or return them. They emailed saying they would give me $8 and then $10 for my hassle. Definitely a scam, so not purchase!!

I ordered 3 sets of titanium kitchen utensils. They came in very poor packing and 10 of the items had dents on their handle and one was scratched. Moreover the product is of low quality finish and the edges are not finished properly - they are sharp and will surely damage to pot or pan. I tried to have them returned but they kept insisting that this is what I ordered!! They offered me usd4 and then usd6 as compensation when the lot cost me close to a Usd100!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE VERY LOW QUALITY.
