I ordered a titanium cutting board and a set of 4 utensils for a total of $90, I received the order almost 3 weeks later. The cutting board is flimsy and thin and I only got a spatula instead of the full set. I contacted them about it and they told me I should’ve ordered something different, when that’s exactly what I ordered!

Total scammers, avoid, avoid, avoid. It's impossible to get a refund for faulty goods. Don't buy from them, you have been warned.

They advertised an advent calendar with 24 x 12 inch gnomes (shipping from US). I received a cheap advent calendar with tiny plastic Christmas decorations and 3 small gnomes - which can be ordered from a well known Chinese company! After contacting their support and asking for a return and refund I was offered a $4 refund. I refused, so the offered me $6! I have declined again and am now waiting.

If I could give it a half a star I would! I order a gnome advent calendar. Which was advertised as large! And it was so small and had NO gnomes just a bunch of plastic figurines! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as this was a gift for someone! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Buyer beware! This company does not stand by its products or take responsibility for their condition upon arrival. After a long wait for shipping, I received a product that was badly damaged. I sent pictures of the damage to customer service, expecting assistance, but they told me to fix it myself and offered only a 5% discount. When I explained that this was unacceptable and requested a return, they continued to refuse. After about 16 emails back and forth , they offered a 25% refund but still insisted I could repair it myself, refusing a full refund or return. The customer service experience has been terrible—I’ve never encountered anything like it, despite making many purchases online. Life is short; I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I bought a Mosquito Guard but it didn’t work as the batteries wouldn’t and couldn’t charge it. It’s supposed to charge up and last 6 hours. I complained and they sent me another one and that one didn’t work either. I can get my money back only if I return the goods to China and after they have been received in China. So much then for the “90 days guarantee”. I have been offered US$3 in compensation and told to give the product to others. As the product doesn’t work at all I fail to see the point of that.

Ordered a pure titanium cutting board turns out it was a regular stainless steel one.
