Brought my grandchildren the phones from their website. One doesn’t work and we have sent videos of the phone not working and the most they will offer is $8.00 refund on a $60.00 phone that hasn’t worked for day one. Very poor customer service. Because the phone wasn’t used within 15 days of receiving will not refund. It was a Christmas present of course it wasn’t used right away.

Scam - advertised as free delivery and 10 days to arrive. It's been over a month and my product has arrived but flagged at customs so I know have to pay and have the hassle of retrieving my goods which I will not because this is certainly very very late to arrive and more importantly not free shipping. I have asked for a refund they send me tracking info which I already have and refuse to answer a single question the site they have defrueded me from was a FB advertisement leading to **sketchigh.** avoid at all costs. You will not get your products.

They sent the items in 2 orders, 1 arrived and one didn't, after contacting them about the missing item they refused to resend it as it appeared to be lost in transit. I paid for insurance in the original purchase but they kept telling me it was sent and would not refundor resend another. Really poor, rude and bad service, never buy from them. Do not deal with this company.

A 3-month delay for a product, zero actual support from the company but a series of automated responses and still to this day no contact information of the local carrier so I can go and get the damn thing myself. Don't order anything from this company if you are not in the states.

False advertisement, the Headphone did not come with the LCD touch screen function feature. Instead it was a cheap case with cheap headphones, no quality at all. The email for support doesn't exist, so there is no way to get customer service. Stay away from these false Ads especially on Facebook.
