THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Never order from this company. I ordered their so called satellite wifi device. You can use it everywhere in the world. SCAM You need a medium sized sim card for this , which is not being talked about at all in the add It doesn't work, it's not as advertised at all. It's just a stupid device to make a hotspot, which is easyli made with your phone. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They are literally not doing anything to help you. You ask a few questions and they don't even bother to answer to it. They started with telling me that they would give me back 3 dollars and I would be able to keep the device. How rude, I spent 50 dollars , including the express shipping which took over a month! After I told them that I wouldn't agree on that they told me 5 then 7 and now we are on 9 dollars. What legit company would operate like this. Even simple questions about the device are not answered, you suppose to change the APN settings but it's unreadable (even with a magnifying glass) in the manual, it's written so small that nobody is able to make something out if it. Stay away from this company, they take your money and give you a useless product. SCAM SCAM SCAM Zero Stars would be best for them.

Total scam I paid $80 dollars for 2 pocket internet routers. What I got was two cheap cat necklaces. 1 gold and one silver but definitely not precious metals. Stay away from this company.

Beware, SCAM!!! They advertize a MIFI router with satellite internet with no monthly fees. Instead they send you a regular mobile Internet router that requires a regular SIM-card from a provider. When you contact them, they start offering you 3$, 5$, 7$ etc. but they refuse to refund the product. Stay away from this company!!!

Ordered a satellite GPS portable WIFI router (Advertise as no monthly payments) WRONG You need to pay a subscription, so I contact them because they advertise 100% money back guarantee!! They offer 3USD as a refund, NO! 2nd offer 5USD NO! 3rd offer 7USD NO! I have asked for the 100% refund & return the item?. They said NO!

No money or item in sight after 4 months and always stalling and not giving clear answers or assistance. I want my money back and there is no way I can actually get it it seems. Stay away!!

DO NOT buy anything from this company. It is a SCAM! I ordered a speaker in November that I wanted for a Christmas present. It never came so I emailed the company. They stated that they were sorry and would send another speaker. Somehow they keep updating the tracking information each day saying its in "transit". They respond to my emails asking for a refund stating they are sorry for the delay and the item is on its way. BS!!!! After 3 months I give up. Not sure how they keep updating the tracking website too. 17Track should be ashamed as well.

I read the poor reviews but decided to give these guys a chance. What a big mistake that was. They advertised a wireless broadband device ‘requiring no monthly fees’ but they failed to say that you will require a SIM card which obviously….involves monthly fees. These guys misrepresented the product and they are basically cheating the customers. I am talking to Facebook about them since their product was advertised on the Facebook platform. DO NOT use these people. Cheats. Update - in a well rehearsed routine they asked me to stand the product to their offices on Beijing and helpfully point out (lol) to me, the prohibitive cost of doing this. They then offered me US$6 compensation on a scam order which cost me £70. This is truly shocking scam behaviour and these people know exactly what they are doing. My strong recommendation is that you do not deal with them, at all.
