Sheer fraud. First they take 2(!) months delivering my order. Then the product has serious workmanship defects. They ask me to repair (re-sew a zipper!!) it myself and offer $4 as a refund for doing so. After final according feedback no answer anymore - ghosted. Never ever again, neither anyone of my family and friends. Stay away, its totally scam.

I placed an order for an item 3 weeks ahead of when I needed it, which I thought would be sufficient time. It took more than 2 months to arrive! The item was a travel bag that I needed for a trip. It was more than 2 weeks AFTER I returned from the trip before it arrived. Will never use Landscapet again.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Ordered a travel bag over 5 weeks ago. Firstly- their tracking emails indicated the product was coming from America. This is clearly a lie. All these weeks later I am finding out the package is coming from China and is clearly lost somewhere. I asked for a refund. They kept avoiding my request and then said no. In the meantime I then ordered another bag from Amazon (which arrived the next day)!! Avoid Landscapet at all costs.

I wish I could leave a less than 1 experience.. SCAMMERS!! Do not buy from them.. I bought 2 travel bags March 3 and had a BS thread of tracking.. finally got them on April 24, ok they’re busy, but a ton of back and forth BS. Finally got them, one has a broken zipper and they have a cute card saying’ thank you contact us if any problems’ and i did. .. and the site doesn’t exist. I will be contacting my VISA for fraud.

Ordered artificial Boston ferns and received plastic, cheap looking “ferns” that look like something you put in a fish tank! Nothing like it was shown on site.What a waste of money!

I placed an order for 4 anti-theft bags from this EVIL company on Mac 11th, 2024 and to date, nothing! They did not respond to my query about the delay. The order tracking is clearly bogus! I hope they rot in jail or in some hell. They will, at some point in their lifetime.

Giving this company one star rating is too high. Firstly they make fake and useless items e.g. stating that one can watch endless TV channels including sports for free, no subscription. It is an HDMI plug in. The item has nothing on it. It does not work. When I contacted them about it, I was told the manufacturer's check said it was alright. Even when you ask to return it, they refuse to give any details instead offering between 2 to 6 USD as compensation. Or saying give it to someone else. How can I give something that does not work to someone else. They are SCAMMERS, pure and simple. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I received my so-called ferns, disgraceful. I am so disappointed, such a waste of money. Ad said they would be lifelike and fill a pot.
