I would not recommend Landmark based on our organization’s experience. While we entered the relationship with positive expectations, our experience ultimately fell short in several important areas, particularly consistency, responsiveness, and follow-through. When we initially engaged with Landmark, we anticipated receiving a steady pipeline of qualified, bid-ready opportunities and meaningful proposal support. Unfortunately, the actual level of activity fell well short of what was discussed. Opportunities were limited, and the proposals we did receive were not always provided within the timeframes needed to give our team a fair opportunity to compete. Communication was another significant concern. On several occasions, we reached out for assistance with specific opportunities and did not receive timely responses. In some instances, by the time we received an update, we learned that Landmark was already engaged with another company on the same opportunity. This made it difficult for us to plan effectively and resulted in wasted time and resources on our end. After working with Landmark, we were not able to secure a contract through the opportunities or proposal support provided. We recognize that winning government contracts ultimately depends on many factors and cannot be guaranteed by any service provider. However, we felt that the level of service and engagement we experienced did not align with what we had expected when we entered the relationship. Organizations considering Landmark should take the time to ask detailed questions about expected deliverables, turnaround times, communication practices, and how competing client relationships are handled. Based on our experience, we would recommend carefully evaluating other options before making a commitment. Ultimately, we would not recommend Landmark to organizations looking for consistent, responsive, and dependable government contracting support.

Extremely poor service and poor communication. During our initial sales calls we were told that the Landmark would deliver 6-10 fully compliant proposals per month. They struggled to even deliver 1-2 per month. The proposals were consistently late or missed delivery all together. There were several times we requested support on a Bid and they came back to us late to say they were already working with another competitor. This delay has cost us a lot to time and money. We have not won a single Bid based on their services. Landmark will over promise and not deliver. We recommend you research other options.
