Customer service at Lamps.com was EXCELLENT. We had ordered (4) 29.5" lights and (3) Z-Lite - 5018PHBS-BK - Nova 26.75" Outdoor Post Lights along with 2 matching wall sconces and pier bases. They arrived a couple of weeks after ordering on a pallet. When we were ready to install the lights, we noticed that all of the lights ( with the exception of the sconces) were all the same size (the 26.5"). It turned out that this was ok, but we had payed more for the (4) 29.5" lights. I got onto the website and clicked on the chat button. Jana was super nice and she said that she would look into the refund of the difference in price. I also noted that there were 4 extra pier bases in our shipment. My electrician pointed out that 7 of the bases were a different color (bronze vs black). We were shipped 7 bronze and 4 black. I got back on the chat and Jana helped me again and while on the chat I reviewed my order and realized that the base color (bronze) I had ordered incorrectly. Ok, so my electrician could install 4 lights with those "extra" black bases and he could install the wall sconces. This was ok, he wouldn't be able to finish the job in one day so he could come back for the last three lights when I got the black bases. I got a follow up the next day with Abby. She was great too. We went through the whole order to make sure everything would end up correctly. She sent me shipping labels for the 7 total bases (3 to exchange and 4 to return because they were sent by mistake). She processed the exchange for the 3 bases that were needed and she sent me details on the money I was being refunded for the price difference of those 4 lights mentioned earlier). Within a week, of this interaction, I had the new bases and the lights installed. Everything looks fantastic and I was VERY pleased with Lamps.com.
