Terrific service for our wedding welcome gifts. The guests LOVED the pralines. I met them at their warehouse to pick up the boxes, which they had ready to go. Couldn’t be nicer! Thank you for your advice. They were a perfect supplement to the bags.

Took forever for my order to be sent out, and forever for customer service to respond to my complaints. Was offered a tiny gift card as compensation, which was not enough to even cover shipping on another order (as if I’ll be ordering again). Very disappointing experience, as this was a gift for my grandmother’s birthday. She’s been taking me to Lamme’s since I was a kid, and even though I move across the country I was trying to keep the tradition alive. My order arrived 2 weeks after I ordered it and 1 week after her birthday.

As someone who grew up with Lammes Candies, you probably know how important family and celebrations are to us! Our team is able to report that this rare occasion did lead to a change in the way we communicate shipping blackout dates to our customers. Typically we are able to process orders within 1 business day, but as our customer support agent had mentioned to you, May 1-3 we were closed for inventory and could not process your order. Since we do not ship over the weekend, it was sent on Monday, May 6 and delivered May 7. We did send a gift card to cover the cost of shipping. The chocolate covers the Longhorns top and bottom and the caramel isn’t liquid like some. Instead, it is a little thicker than liquid, a very nice consistency with great texture. The chocolate, caramel and pecans are perfectly balanced for a fabulous flavor combination. My all time favorite of this variety of chocolate. No matter what they are called; turtles, pixies, millionaires, to name a few, these are the best!
